The Certificate in Marketing offers the following concentrations:
The Department of Marketing covers the areas of new product innovation, brand management, pricing and promotions, advertising, consumer behavior, marketing research and analytics, digital marketing, B2B Marketing, and sales management. With the explosion of available data and analytical tools, today’s marketing industry is undergoing a rapid transition in methodologies and practices to understand customer needs and to create, communicate and deliver value propositions in the market. The Marketing concentrations in the rSBI program train the students in cutting-edge techniques in key frontiers of modern marketing. Completing marketing concentrations will equip students with skills that can be immediately applied to real business problems.
Students enrolled in the rSBI program can earn certificates with designated concentrations (course sets are required) or without a designated concentration (courses are selected by the student).
Courses are taken during the fall and spring semesters. Note that not all courses are offered every semester.
The Certificate in Marketing offers the following concentrations:
The Rutgers Stackable Business Innovation Program Certificate is flexible and does not require the student to complete specific courses under a concentration. Rather, the student can choose any courses from the rSBI catalog and must successfully complete a total of at least 9 credits to earn the certificate. To earn multiple such certificates, the student must successfully complete disjoint sets of courses across certificates (no repeat courses).
