Diversity Programs
At Rutgers Business School, we firmly believe we can make a difference in our communities by engaging with them. We are working with our corporate partners to give more scholarships to students from low-income families, help first-generation minority students gain a strong foothold at college and retain the future talent of New Jersey. Providing access to higher education for these students will lead to enhanced economic growth in our cities.
One of the most effective ways for us to do this is through actively engaging local high school students and their families through pre-college programs run through our Office of Diversity Programs. Through RBS P.L.U.S. (Pathways Leading to Undergraduate Success) programs, a package of multicultural educational programs, we seek to aggressively recruit high-performing, underrepresented candidates from area high schools, giving them early exposure to careers in business and nurturing their educational and professional journey.
Student Support, Engagement, and Leadership (SEAL)
Building meaningful relationships is critical to educational and professional success. We are committed to giving our students access to relationships that will move them forward, and our industry partners are committed to inspiring the next generation of business leaders.
Through the Office of Student Support, Engagement, and Leadership, our undergraduate students have access to a variety of mentoring and leadership development initiatives that are designed to transform them from students into successful and responsible business professionals.
