Innovation and Entrepreneurship Undergraduate Certificate Program

Objective 

To enhance the skill set of undergraduate students that can help them start new ventures or add value to future employers.

Requirements

Open to undergraduate students in all schools and majors, including students with a concentration/minor in Entrepreneurship. Students with a concentration/minor in entrepreneurship can use the credits from the certification for the minor/concentration. 

9-credits - 2 core classes and an elective:

  • Introduction to Entrepreneurship or Innovation and Entrepreneurship workshop (1-credit course* coming soon available Fall or Spring 2026) plus another entrepreneurship related course (e.g., social entrepreneurship, intro to marketing, managing the growth venture, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurship Practicum
  • Elective from School/Department can also count towards their general electives/major. Students can also make suggestion of a course from their department/school, requires approval from RAISED/Assistant Director of UG Entrepreneurship Programs
