Young alumni who innovate, lead and drive change are named Rising Stars Under 30

Rutgers Business School will honor its inaugural class of Under 30 alumni award recipients during a dinner ceremony on March 27.

The Rising Business Stars (RBS) Under 30 award was created to recognize alumni who have achieved extraordinary success at a young age and demonstrated a steadfast commitment to excellence. The recipients include entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, industry innovators and advocates for social impact.

More than 200 nominations were submitted, fueling a sense of excitement around the new initiative and a surge of pride at Rutgers Business School.

“Our Under 30 award is an exciting new way to recognize the extraordinary talent of our young alumni who make us proud with their leadership, innovation and professional success,’’ said Rutgers Business School Dean Lei Lei. “The recipients embody the traits we teach and value, and we are very honored that their influence and achievement reflect on Rutgers Business School wherever they are in the world.”

A dinner and ceremony for the recipients will be held at the Rutgers Club in Piscataway on the evening of March 27. Rutgers Business School plans to select outstanding alumni annually for the award.

“The RBS Under 30 program spotlights and celebrates the young alumni who are redefining success, proving that leadership, innovation, and impact have no age limit,” said Rutgers Business School’s Assistant Director of Events Planning Valbona Koxha.

“These honorees are not just the future of business,” Koxha said, “they're the driving force of business right now.”
