Ainsley A. Goulbourne, Executive Director, NYU Langone Health
"Rutgers Business School (RBS) for me has addressed a need within the tri-state area for those committed executives who desire post master’s professional development and exposure to the academic research side of business. These executives and leaders do not have the option to pause their careers and family obligations in order to pursue doctoral studies in the traditional form. Rutgers Business School (RBS) has done an incredible job by putting together a rigorous program that meets the needs of these executives while allowing them to maintain and meet their professional and family obligations.
Moreover, RBS has some of the most recognized and accomplished faculty in research and business in the entire world. For me, having access to such talented faculty has made me a more insightful professional. The most important attribute about RBS is the emphasis on student wellness and achievement and realizing that both are equally important. Rutgers Business School (RBS) faculty have gone above and beyond in ensuring a rigorous program experience while ensuring that a student’s personal well-being hasn’t been lost in the process."
