With fast-evolving workplaces, technologies, and industries, it’s more important than ever that ethics and compliance programs are aligned with both legal requirements and organizational missions; but it’s not always easy. As a compliance professional, you need to be an effective advocate for sustainable compliance processes that meet the needs of your organization’s C-Suite, General Counsel, and employees. You have to efficiently develop strategies that meet evolving regulatory requirements and industry needs and position them within organizational and global conversations around ethics and values. You also have to constantly assess the effectiveness of your work, helping define your organization’s ethical culture.
Our Mini-MBA: Ethics and Compliance is a unique interdisciplinary program designed to situate ethics and compliance in a strategic context. You’ll leave the program able to provide tactical and expert partnership to stakeholders across your organization, harmonize regulatory requirements with business strategy, and build sustainable compliance initiatives that meet the latest workplace challenges and opportunities.
