Defining the Mini-MBA
Dive deeper into the makeup of the Mini-MBA and what makes this credential unique and beneficial in support of lifelong learning.
Career success depends on making high-quality decisions. The best decision-makers leverage their gut but confirm their instincts with data and change their mind when presented with new information. Data-driven decision-making and management require far more than gathering and presenting data. It requires purposeful analysis to extract insights from data and communicate actions with simple visuals. Simply put – it’s not the data but how you use it. The Mini-MBA in Data-Driven Management will provide leaders with the knowledge, tools, and techniques to manage and use data to accelerate business opportunities in an increasingly competitive landscape. You will learn to confidently communicate your evidence-backed decisions and actions to gain the trust of your team, stakeholders, customers, and executive leadership.
In this 5-day accelerated program, individuals will learn from data experts from industry and academia. Activities and exercises will reinforce the learning points from each module to ensure the retention of essential concepts. The pre-work and readings for each module save classroom time, which is reinvested into case studies and exercises for learning retention. Managers are encouraged to bring their ideas and business opportunities to discuss in the classroom and incorporate their takeaways from this program into their departments and organizations.
