EisnerAmper is latest corporate sponsor at Center for Real Estate

The Rutgers Center for Real Estate recently announced that EisnerAmper has become its newest corporate sponsor. The firm, which has been a member of the center’s board since 2016, provides its diverse clientele with comprehensive audit, accounting and tax advisory, and outsourcing services.

The collaboration between the Rutgers Center for Real Estate and EisnerAmper is a way for the firm to support the education of students in the field of commercial real estate, participate in the mentoring process, and aid in the creation of the courses taught to students to best prepare them for employment. EisnerAmper will also be able to hire students in the real estate program as interns, giving them actual work experience.

Eisner Amper joins Dynamic Engineering, M&T Bank, Sills Cummis & Gross, P.C., and Walker & Dunlop as another corporate partner of the Center, providing funds and support to the students and the program.

Morris A. Davis, the Paul V. Profeta Chair of Real Estate and academic director for the Center for Real Estate, described EisnerAmper as a firm focused on hiring Rutgers students and helping to ensure that students studying real estate are prepared to join the workforce.

“Partnering with a dedicated firm whose mission includes the highest ethical standards will benefit the students interacting with their professionals,” Davis said.

Eric Diamond, CPA, partner at EisnerAmper, and a member of the Center for Real Estate’s advisory board, said that as a Rutgers alum, he is particularly interested in mentoring and hiring students from the real estate program.

“I am committed to partnering with the Rutgers Center for Real Estate, to sharing my experiences, and hiring the Rutgers real estate program talent,” he said. “Our firm looks forward to enhancing our relationship with the Center for Real Estate. We anticipate that our professionals will mentor the students, and we will have opportunities to offer internships and jobs to those in the field.”

Ron Ladell, chair of the Executive Committee of the Rutgers Center for Real Estate, spoke of his appreciation for EisnerAmper joining the list of corporations partnering with the Center for Real Estate.

“Our alliances with industry partners allow us to provide students with real-world experiences broadening their understanding,” Ladell said. “Networking with potential employers is a key benefit for the students in this program and offers managers a chance to meet potential interns and full-time hires for the commercial real estate space.”
