Customer experience futurist Blake Morgan will help teach Customer-Centric Management Mini-MBA
Blake Morgan, author of "More is More: How the Best Companies Work Harder and Go Farther to Create Knock-Your-Socks-Off Customers Experiences," joins the faculty at Rutgers Business School Executive Education.
Blake Morgan is a Customer Experience Futurist, author and frequent contributer to Forbes, the Harvard Business Review and the American Marketing Association. Her first book is “More is More: How the Best Companies Work Harder And Go Farther To Create Knock Your Socks Off Customer Experiences.” Her work in Customer Experience has been endorsed by 1-800 Flowers, ACE Hardware, MetLife, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, ebay, Nestle, Salesforce, and The Hershey Company. She will be leading a session in our “Customer-Centric Management Mini-MBA” program August 14th-18th and we are so excited to welcome her into our Rutgers family!
