She has 20 years of management consulting experience at Deloitte and deep understanding of transforming enterprises, contact and service centers as well as other business operations with technology and analytics across industries – Financial Services, Health Care, Consumer Products & Retail.

In her role leading business development for the Analytics & Cognitive Conversational AI marketing offering at Deloitte, Vinita supports her clients to capitalize on conversational AI opportunities across customer experiences and business operations, collaborates with leading conversational AI providers, and establishes large-scale programs to transform the enterprise.

Vinita holds a BS in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a MBA from the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business.
