Professor Michael Carniol's research focuses on two niches. First, he studies the interaction between non-profit organizations and their donors. Second, he studies frictions to investors' ability to process financial information. His work can be found via Google Scholar and SSRN. Professor Carniol teaches financial accounting at the undergraduate level and in the MBA in Professional Accounting program.
