Jim is the author of the best selling books, "Crash and Learn: 600+ Road-Tested Tips to Keep Audiences Fired Up and Engaged!" and "From Average to Awesome: Lessons for Living an Extraordinary Life." He is co-author (along with Ken Blanchard, Jack Canfield, Mike Van Hoozer, John Christensen and others) of the leadership book "The Masters of Success." His last book, "The No Excuse Guide to Success: No Matter What Your Boss or Life Throws at You" was nominated for an NAACP Image Award. Jim is currently the President and CEO of Jim Smith Jr. International and works with his clients in the areas of leadership, motivation, personal power and presentation skills.
