Jay Bates

Jay (JT) is an Assistant Professor of Professional Practice who joined the RBS faculty from Washington State University in the Fall of 2024. He studies unethical behaviors and what organizations can do to alleviate pressure for employees to engage in said unethical behaviors. He has been published in journals such as Academy of Management Journal and Journal of Business Ethics. He has taught classes for RBS, such as Management Skills and Business Ethics.
