Within a month of graduating with his MBA degree from the prestigious Rutgers Executive MBA Program--The Powerhouse--Humberto Patorniti (HAP) achieved his lifetime goal of going "straight to the top". His skills, education, personality and background landed him the enormous position of CEO of Sodexo Mexico and beyond. Sodexo is on the Fortune Global 500 list and the second largest employer among all French multi-national corporations.
HAP’s corporate career has been defined by his passion for leading growth initiatives, building high performing teams, and for growing profitable business for service organizations. His international background, education, and business expertise expands across offshore oilrig, healthcare, and retail businesses. Whether as a General Manager, Vice-President, or as CEO, HAP’s philosophy has been simple: “Engage your team members and they will accomplish the unthinkable.”
He is a Partner in Tenacity Inc. In that capacity, HAP has provided strategic guidance related to protecting, retaining, and renewing major B2B contracts to organizations in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and service industries. His work spans the globe, from Australia, to the Americas and several European countries. Tenacity’s Clients for Life® client retention process protects over $23 billion in management service contracts around the world. Medibank, inVentiv, Marriott International, Sodexo, Philips, Syneos, GCA group, P&G, Schneider Electric, PEMEX, Steris is a partial list of the clients Tenacity has had the privilege of working with.
HAP is also a faculty member at Rutgers University Business School, Rutgers’ Executive MBA Program, and its Executive division, both in United States and in Singapore. HAP imparts his professional experience in several graduate courses that include Global Management Strategy, Corporate Level Strategy, Business Strategy, and International Businesses. He continues to be a dedicated mentor to business executives and Graduate students.
Mr. Patorniti holds a Bachelors of Organizational Management from Nyack College, New York and graduated from the Rutgers Executive MBA Program. Additionally, he attended the European Business School – Schloß Reichartshausen in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany and Cambridge International Land Institute – Cambridge, England.
