Gabriela Tonietto
Associate Professor with tenure
Gabriela Tonietto joined Rutgers Business School as an Assistant Professor of Marketing in 2017. Tonietto holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and a B.S.B.A. both from Washington University in St. Louis. Her research interests include time perception and consumption, scheduling, and experiential enjoyment. Tonietto’s research provides implications for helping consumers to make better decisions about their time as well as for marketers looking to improve consumers’ experiences. Her research has been published in the Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Marketing, and Journal of Consumer Psychology and has been featured in such media outlets as The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Huffington Post, TIME, and Health.
