Dr. Hamilton is Associate Professor of Professional Practice in the Department of Management and Global Business. In addition to his advanced academic training which focused on business strategy and international business he has over 30 years of international corporate executive level experience, including positions of Senior Vice President at American International Group headquarters in Manhattan, and Vice President at Johnson & Johnson Corporate Headquarters in New Jersey. He is the author of the textbook Management: The Right Work, Done Well! and multiple Management Case Studies. Since joining Rutgers in 2009, he has taught over 150 courses and over 13,000 students and is the winner of multiple teaching awards as “Best Management Professor” as voted on by Rutgers New Brunswick students.
