As co-founder and managing partner of Insight Rocket, David has helped a wide variety of organizations derive real business value from data analytics, an often elusive goal. Doing so has required a blend of data analysis, mentoring, and product development. Within data analytics, David’s passions have been in the areas of digital analytics and optimizing the flow of data-driven insights to business decision makers. This has culminated in the development of Insight Rocket’s innovative data storytelling platform for Tableau.
David began his career in 1985 at Morgan Stanley’s New York and Tokyo offices working with SAS, and has founded several successful analytics businesses since 1994. He has worked closely with a wide variety of companies, including Coca-Cola, Comcast, Chubb, GSK, MetLife, Prudential, Merck, and Whirlpool. A patented inventor, he is currently co-chair of the Digital Analytics Association NYC chapter.
