Ritu Favre is responsible for driving growth and defining the capabilities required to meet the unique needs of customers in her markets. She is focused on tracking emerging innovations to ensure her teams stay ahead of developing technologies and support customer needs. With more than 30 years’ experience, Favre brings a diverse perspective to NI. A seasoned high-tech industry leader, she has served as chief executive officer at NEXT Biometrics and on the Cohu Board of Directors. 

Favre also held senior management positions with market heavyweights. She currently sits on the board of directors of Valmont Industries. Ritu inspires the next generation of female leaders as a member of the Global Semiconductor Association’s Women’s Leadership Council. She is also on the advisory board of Microfacturing Institutes.

Brooke Murray-Etnyre, Director of Business Operations, Semi BU at NI is an experienced operations executive with over 15 years of demonstrated success leading high volume manufacturing operations. She is a visionary, metrics-driven leader focused on organizational performance improvement.
