A Rutgers PhD representative will be at the following events!

A Ph.D. is designed primarily for individuals wishing to pursue an academic career. If you are interested in training future business leaders, developing the field of business education, and contributing to the advancement of knowledge, you should consider a doctoral degree in business administration. Right now prospects for doctoral graduates are excellent.

Come to an exciting presentation on business schools, the doctoral degree and business academia.

Our mission is to develop future leaders for careers in research and teaching of business management. Yet, research has told us that a significant percentage of potential doctoral candidates do not fully understand and appreciate the opportunities and rewards of a business doctoral program.

In the upcoming year, the PhD in Management Program at Rutgers University, Newark campus will participate in the following recruitment functions for students looking for a rewarding career in academic research and teaching.
