The CFA Institute has selected Rutgers Business School to become a CFA Program Partner, endorsing its MBA and B.S. in Finance programs. As a CFA Partner, RBS joins other prestigious business schools from around the world, such as the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, London Business School, Cornell University’s Johnson School, and the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
“This endorsement will attract students looking for an institution in which the curriculum provides a firm foundation of study for the CFA exams,” said John Longo, PhD, CFA, Clinical Associate Professor of Finance and Economics. “Top employers around the world recognize the value of the CFA designation and Rutgers Business School students will be well prepared to pursue the CFA charter.”
Benefits for RBS finance students include multiple scholarship opportunities and free resources online offered by the CFA Institute. This new program partnership with the CFA Institute highlights the quality and real-world applicability of the RBS finance curriculums and strengthens the already strong list of corporate partnerships at the school.
Rutgers Business School is proud to have the CFA Institute partner with both business degree programs, the B.S. program and the MBA program. The partnership is another example of Rutgers Business School delivering the business, science, and technology credentials that global employers demand.
The CFA Institute is the global, not-for-profit association of investment professionals that awards the CFA and CIPM designations. It has more than 90,000 members and 135 societies worldwide.
