Leonard Goodman is a Professor in the Department of Accounting and Information Systems of the Rutgers Business School-Newark and New Brunswick. Professor Goodman has his B.S. Degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College and MBA and Ph.D. Degrees from New York University. He is a CPA with experience in both public and private accounting. He has published over 60 articles in professional journals in accounting and taxation. Professor Goodman has also been the recipient of numerous awards for teaching and service to students.
Professor Goodman has taught accounting at Rutgers many years both on the undergraduate and graduate levels. He particularly enjoys teaching MBA students having done so at Rutgers in both the full-time and part-time program and in the school’s Executive MBA program where he has taught both domestically in New Jersey and in Beijing, Shanghai and Singapore. He recently taught Executive MBA students in Mainland China for the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and was an Academic Visitor at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
