Q.U.E.S.T.
QUEST is a series of workshops that students are required to attend from date of enrollment until graduation that will address questions, provide understanding of the program, contribute to education goals, assist in their strategizing, and be a factor in helping them to teach the next generation. Students are required to attend QUEST to strategically provide a form of student accountability in the following key conceptual areas: Success, Academic Integrity/Business Ethics, Graduation, Career Projection, Communication, Leadership, and Philanthropy.
Mentor Program
Through this two semester program, students enter into a mentor relationship with a corporate executive. This support helps enrich student’s educational experience by providing additional guidance outside of the classroom environment.
Careers in Business: Leadership Program
This elite program helps prepare students for internships through coaching, leadership seminars, and networking events throughout their freshman and sophomore years at RBS.
