Mentor Application

The Rutgers Business School (RBS) Mentor Program is an initiative to provide guidance and support to RBS undergraduate students on their career and professional development.  Mentors can serve in many important roles as a coach, advisor, source of encouragement/support, or a devil’s advocate.  The goal is to share career advice and increase student’s awareness of their career field, provide job-search strategies and other useful tips.
