Hui Xiong wins 2008 RBS Junior Faculty Research Award

Hui Xiong, Assistant Professor of Management Science and Information Systems, has been chosen to receive the 2008 Rutgers Business School Junior Faculty Research Award. The award is given to one untenured faculty member each year whose research contributions, publications, citations, and leadership in the field are exemplary. Professor Xiong’s area of research is data and knowledge engineering, with a focus on developing effective and efficient data analysis techniques for emerging data intensive applications. He has published extensively in refereed academic journals, served on the organization and program committees of a number of international conferences and workshops, and has been a reviewer for the leading academic journals in his fields.
