Event Description: Points to remember

When writing the event description, please keep the following in mind:

  • What is the event about? What does it seek to accomplish?
  • Know your target audience: Who do you anticipate being the most interested in this event (finance students?, MBA students?, local small businesses?, undergraduate supply chain majors?, EMBA alumni?, etc.)?
  • Why would people come to the event? Or in other words, what can they take away by attending?
  • How does one register and are there admission fees?

The description of the event should take these points into consideration. Write your description exactly how you want it to appear on our website.
