About the MBA Office of Career Management
Each year the MBA Office of Career Management (OCM) prepares the incoming Class and the outgoing Class for their respective MBA recruiting season. For academic year 2011-2012, we are helping the Class of 2012 prepare for the fall recruiting season, the time of year that employers recruit and hire for their formal full-time recruitment programs. We are also helping the Class of 2013 prepare for the spring recruitment season, which is when employers recruit and hire for their formal summer internship programs. Throughout the year, of course, we help students connect with employers’ needs-based hiring opportunities.
OCM Mission
We partner with Rutgers Business School MBA students to help them take effective ownership of their career management process. We build long-term, structured relationships with employers and RBS alumni to facilitate connections with students.
