Mission of MBA Office of Career Management

We partner with MBA students to help them become competitive MBA candidates to secure summer internships and full-time opportunities. We build long-term, structured relationships with employers and RBS alumni to facilitate connections with students.

About the OCM

The MBA Office of Career Management (OCM) serves students in the Traditional Full-Time MBA program and the outgoing Flex MBA Class.

Each year the MBA Office of Career Management prepares the Traditional Full-Time incoming Class and the outgoing Flex and Traditional Full-Time Class for their respective MBA recruiting season. For academic year 2012-2013, we are helping the Class of 2013 prepare for the fall recruiting season, the time of year that employers recruit and hire for their formal full-time recruitment programs. We are also helping the Traditional Full-Time Class of 2014 prepare for the spring recruitment season, which is when employers recruit and hire for their formal summer internship programs. Throughout the year, of course, we help students connect with employers’ needs-based hiring opportunities.
