Cancellation Policy
The Lerner Center must receive written notice 21 days prior to seminar program start date for you to receive a full refund. If registrant does not provide written notice 21 days prior to the start of the program, a full refund will not be available. If registrant notifies us in writing 14 days prior to the start of the program, you will be eligible to receive a 50% refund. Also, registrants who do not attend and do not cancel will not be eligible for a full refund. Under these circumstances, monetary credit cannot be given for a future Lerner Center educational seminar.

Seminar Program Changes
The Lerner Center reserves the right to make program and/or lecturer changes. In addition, a session may be canceled if target enrollment is not met, or if a substitute presenter cannot be confirmed. The Lerner Center will focus on providing a high quality program for each registrant. Under extenuating circumstances that a session(s) must be canceled, the Lerner Center’s liability will be limited to a tuition refund. Thank You.
