MOU Signing between Rutgers and Shanghai University

On May 10th, 2011, a delegation from Rutgers University, led by Executive Vice Chancellor Kemel Dawkins, joined by Dr. Yongwei Zhang, Dean of International Programs, and Associate Director Wan Wendy Huo, was warmly received by Shanghai University senior officials led by Vice President Ye Zhiming.  An MOU was officially signed.   It was mutually agreed that a joint non-degree Executive Development Program would operate at Shanghai University. The program follows the same structure as the Rutgers International EMBA program. Successful graduates of this program are eligible to receive a Rutgers EMBA degree.
