The United States Air Force Air War College & The Center for Urban Entrepreneurship & Economic Development at Rutgers Business School Present the General Henry “Hap” Arnold Lecture Series on: Grand Strategy. Three military officers will present differing perspectives of national security strategy:
- An Assertive grand strategy
- A liberal internationalist grand strategy
- A grand strategy of restraint
