Currently Vice President of the Northeast Region, Siemens Real Estate, Inc. ("SRE"), Gary has effectively contributed to real estate, project management, construction and facility management at Siemens for 8 years, excelling in several roles during my tenure at SRE.

Operating in a customer-focused business model, Gary partners with Siemens Operating Companies in the Northeast--one of three key SRE regions--to plan and execute strategic and tactical activity in support of their workspace needs. He oversees real estate strategic planning, lease transactions, project management, and bundled service offerings. The responsibility covers 285 leased and owned properties, covering more than 15 million square feet.

Gary has developed a track record of successful project management, strategy execution and fiscal responsibility, consolidating/constructing more than 1.6 million square feet of space valued at more than $300 million. A cornerstone of his success has been to develop synergistic relationships to deliver fast-paced, cost-effective projects, while eliciting outstanding performance from a diverse array of professionals.

Gary is a major contributor in integrating all Siemens Operating Company real estate activities under one SRE umbrella, and key to the SRE Management Team. His primary customers include Siemens Medical
Solutions, Siemens VDO Automotive, Siemens Corporation, Siemens Financial Services, Siemens Business Services, Siemens Airfield Solutions, Siemens Logistics & Assembly, OSRAM SYLVANIA, Siemens Water Technologies, Siemens Shared Services, and Siemens One.
