Being Constructive

As President and CEO of a national construction management firm, Daniel Anderson oversees projects that stretch from the Hudson River to San Francisco Bay.  "On time" and "on budget" are not just goals for this constantly on-the-go executive.  Keeping building projects on schedule is precisely what clients hire his firm to do.

Speaking about the EMBA Program, Dan says "It's been a very fruitful experience - more than I would have ever guessed two years ago."  Remarkably, he finds himself declaring he'd do it all over again.

Learning the ins and outs of human resources practices was especially useful for Dan.  "We don't have a human resource management department in our firm", says Dan.  "We have 125 people and the president, Don Todd, and I are it.  Human resources was an area I really needed to master, and I did.  The classes and projects were excellent."
