Upon successful completion of the program, students are awarded an MBA from Rutgers Business School: Graduate Programs - Newark and New Brunswick of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.

Program Format

The unique design of the Rutgers International Executive MBA program allows you to work full time and go to school full time. Courses generally are conducted approximately once a month over a nine-day period. The classes are held all day on two consecutive Saturdays and Sundays, and three hours per night for two nights during the intervening week.

The innovative structure of the program allows you to earn a fully accredited American MBA degree in approximately 14 months.

The program’s 18 courses—14 core courses and four electives—are taught in English by Rutgers faculty from the United States. Courses can be taken exclusively in either Beijing or Shanghai, but may also be taken between the two campuses if necessary.

Class sizes are kept small to allow maximum interaction between instructors and students and are divided almost evenly between foreign and Chinese students. Typically, there are more than 17 nationalities represented, making Rutgers the only program in China to offer this kind of diversity.
