How is a business enterprise created?  How does it operate effectively in today's increasingly global marketplace?  How does the enterprise successfully renew itself?

The Executive MBA curriculum examines the hows, the whys and the what ifs of a business from formation to transformation.  Throughout this examination, managers gain or refine the skills essential to successful decision making.

If you are already working sixty hours a week, you may wonder how you can find the time to complete an MBA degree.  Earning such a degree is never easy; the work load is heavy and unrelenting.  But the Rutgers Executive MBA Program makes the experience convenient, enjoyable and personalized.

The program is twenty months in length, with courses conducted from early September through May.  Each of the four semesters begins with a week in residence at Dolce, Basking Ridge, followed by classes that meet all day on alternate Fridays and Saturdays on the easily accessible Newark campus.  Please visit A Day in the EMBA Program for more details.

I enrolled in the Rutgers Executive MBA program in 2004 to sharpen my administrative and leadership skills and learn new ideas that I could take back to my workplace as well as to several non-profit organizations with which I volunteer. My goal was to make our efforts more efficient and productive.  Two areas I am particularly focused on are leadership and marketing. (More)
