Note: Please note that this schedule is used for all MBA students
Term dates are:
- 3 credit evening courses: May 21 – August 9
- 2 credit evening courses: May 21 – July 12
Make-up days:
- Friday, June 1 for Monday, May 28
- Friday, July 6 for Wednesday, July 4

June 11 - June 15 * To drop courses after April 27, you must contact the Office of Student Services and not use the online system to avoid a "W" grade. If you are dropping all of the courses for which you are registered this semester, you must fill out a Withdrawal form. The form is available at Student Services and must be signed by the Assistant Dean of Students. Please see Instructions and dates for "Withdrawal/Refunds" below. |

Instructions
Withdrawals/Refunds
- For a full refund, you must withdraw prior to the start of classes. After the start of the semester, refunds are processed as follows:
- First two weeks: 80%
- Third or fourth week: 60%
- Fifth or sixth week: 40%
- Seventh week or beyond: No refund
To Register
- Find the list of course offerings that corresponds to your enrollment status or campus location.
- Select your course(s) and write down the index numbers.
- Go to the Rutgers Web Registration System, enter your student ID or your RUID number and Personal Access Code (PAC), which is comprised of four digits representing the month and day of your birth. (Keep your PAC number confidential. Changes can only be made in person at the registrar’s office. Two forms of identification are required.) Select the appropriate term.
- Enter the index number(s) of the course(s) you wish to register for in the empty box next to the pfx box (do not change pfx.)
- Scroll down and click on Add/Drop.
- View your schedule.
To Add/Drop
- Login to Web Registration as described above.
- To drop a course, click on the box to the left of the course listing and click on add/drop.
- To add a course, enter the five digit index number in the box next to PFX and click on add/drop.

Special Permission Numbers
- For closed courses: Please call the Office of Student Services in Newark for Newark classes and in New Brunswick for New Brunswick classes.
