The Rutgers Business School at Newark and New Brunswick, Rutgers University, is seeking to fill the Albert R. Gamper Chair in Business. The Chair is funded by Albert R. Gamper, Jr., former Chairman and CEO of the CIT Group, Inc. Mr. Gamper is also the former chair of Rutgers University’s Board of Governors.
Applicants must hold a doctorate and must have an outstanding record of research, teaching, and service in business or a business-related discipline. Special attention will be given to applicants whose research is in finance, financial services, economics, mathematical finance, international business, real estate, financial accounting, supply-chain finance, or other areas of relevance to finance.
Rutgers Business School- Newark and New Brunswick offers two undergraduate BS degree programs on the Newark and New Brunswick campuses. It also offers a Traditional Full-Time MBA, a Flexible MBA, an Executive MBA, and an International Executive MBA degree in Beijing, Shanghai and Singapore. Specialized graduate degree program currently offered include a Masters of Quantitative Finance, a Master of Accountancy (Financial Accounting, Governmental Accounting, and Taxation concentrations), a Master of Information Technology, and a Ph.D. in Management. The school has 156 full-time faculty based on the Newark and New Brunswick campuses.
